The Villa
The villa has four bedrooms, located in a peaceful area of Malhao, with a view of the sea and the countryside. It is surrounded by more than 6,000 square meters of private land and is a Mediterranean oasis of calm and comfort. There are three restaurant/bars that you can reach on foot. Santa Margarida is only 15 minutes away. Santo Estavao is a five minute drive from the villa and has a Bar/Restaurant and two local supermarkets with everything you need. The beach of Tavira is about 4.5 kms from the villa. The villa is 4 kms from the town of Tavira and 27kms from Faro Airport. The villa has two double bedrooms with private bathrooms and two twin bedrooms, all with built-in closets. It can accommodate 8 people comfortably. All the bedrooms have balconies, and three of them face the swimming pool. There is also a family bathroom and a guest bathroom. The lounge is spacious and has Satellite TV, a DVD player, WiFi and a Log fire for cozy winter nights. The lounge has French windows that open to the pool area. There is also a large sitting and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a laundry room with a washing machine and a dishwasher. The villa is cleaned twice a week. Outside, there is a 10 x 5 meters swimming pool, a big patio including a BBQ and a bread oven area.

The Apartment has 2 double bedrooms both with wardrobes and 1 bedroom with twin beds, two bathrooms and 2 large balconies. The Apartment is a top floor apartment furnished to a high standard and is only 5 minutes walk from Tavira town centre, where there are Shopping Centre, Supermarkets, Shops, Portuguese and English bars and lots of good restaurants. If you do not wish to drive, we can recommend a very good taxi company. Also you can get a taxi at Faro airport.
